Privacy Policy

Effective date: 9 September 2026

Dreamize Social is an internal social-media management and scheduling platform operated by Dreamize Group ("Dreamize", "we", "our", or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information Dreamize Social processes, why it is used, how it is protected, and the choices available to users.

1. Information we process

We process information that authorized users provide when using Dreamize Social, including account and profile details, login identifiers, team and role information, captions, drafts, publishing schedules, campaign notes, uploaded media, and support requests.

When a user connects a social-media account, the relevant platform may provide account identifiers, page or profile names, access tokens, publishing permissions, and information required to display connected channels and publish or manage content requested by the user.

2. Google Drive data

Dreamize Social uses the Google Drive read-only permission (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.readonly) solely to let an authorized user open the Google Picker, view files available to that user, and select a file for import into the Dreamize Social media library or publishing composer.

  • Dreamize Social does not modify, rename, move, share, or delete files in Google Drive.
  • Dreamize Social accesses only the file information and file content necessary to complete the import selected by the user.
  • A selected file may be copied into the Dreamize Social media library so that the user can prepare or schedule social content.
  • Google OAuth access tokens are used to complete the authorized picker and import request. Dreamize Social does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.

Dreamize Social's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. How information is used

We use information to authenticate authorized users; provide scheduling, publishing, media-library, caption, collaboration, analytics, and support features; maintain security; diagnose errors; prevent abuse; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

4. AI features

If a user chooses to use an AI-assisted feature, the text, instructions, or media submitted to that feature may be sent to the configured AI service provider for the purpose of generating the requested output. Users should not submit confidential or sensitive personal information unless it is necessary and authorized for the requested work.

5. Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by hosting, security, storage, email, analytics, AI, Google, Meta, TikTok, and other connected-platform providers only as needed to operate Dreamize Social or complete actions requested by authorized users. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a legitimate corporate transaction. We do not allow service providers to use Google user data for independent advertising purposes.

6. Data retention and deletion

We retain account data, connected-channel information, scheduled content, and imported media for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual or legal requirements, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Authorized users may remove imported files from Dreamize Social, disconnect integrations, or request deletion of their account and associated data. Disconnecting Google Drive or revoking access in the user's Google Account prevents future access; previously imported copies remain in Dreamize Social until deleted under the user's or administrator's instructions or our retention process.

To request access, correction, export, or deletion, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify the requester's identity and authority before completing a request.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, role-based permissions, encrypted network connections, and restricted administrative access. No system is completely secure, and users are responsible for protecting their credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

8. International processing

Dreamize Social and its service providers may process information in countries other than the user's location. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

9. Children's privacy

Dreamize Social is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this service.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the service, integrations, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
